“We’re big into skincare—without good preparation of the skin you aren't going to get the results you want. We start by cleansing the skin with a gentle cleansing water. From there we like to use a product with a little hyaluronic acid in it, this helps to wake up the skin. We both love Kate Sommerville Quench because it provides noticeable results immediately and absorbs quickly. We do love a facial oil as well. Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration Serum is a favorite. It penetrates quickly, is great to layer under moisturizer for deep hydration, and it’s great prep if you are looking for a more dewy finish to your makeup. No matter what, we always finish our prep with a moisturizer. We love the Glossier Priming Moisturizer. “It's so important to properly prep your skin not only for day and night, but also before applying makeup. There are a few products I depend on for this preparation. Babor Thermal Spray works as a refresher and neutralizer. It's filled with incredible minerals. A light spray for the face and neck will just add a soft moisture over the skin.
